How to build leverage: 4 C’s of Leverage

As you may know, Leaders of Today started as a podcast in Jan last year.

I invested all the money I had as a student at the time with the goal of having enough numbers by the end of April so I can get funding for a second season.

I thought I failed - our numbers weren’t significant and I thought that was the end of this project.

But things changed when I met Sahil Bloom in November last year.

During our conversation, he gave me some advice related to leverage.

This eventually led me to discovering the framework of the 4 C’s of leverage and nothing has been the same for me ever since.

In this week’s deep dive, I share the exact advice Sahil gave me and break down how you can apply the 4 C’s of leverage in your own leadership journey👇🏽

My friend, before I go - I wanted to share with you what’s on my head at the moment. Tbh, I am starting to feel the pressure and it’s starting to hit me what we are building. I just hired our first team member a couple weeks ago and we will have someone else joining us first week of May.
